Description: pp 1 - 96, collation complete, first page ("S. war ein neidisches mädchen") starts with initial and has six empty lines to top of page, (by far the largest free space in the entire book, this empty space could almost double as title page), an unidentified educational booklet in plain old boards with remains of title label or shelfmark, somewhat irregular capitalisation and orthography on first few pages, contains moral stories and general educational advice, many exercises for students are suggested in an abbreviated fashion, also including letters, receipts, contracts and public announcements, rhetorical instruction, "Erzählungen mit den folgenden Worten," Gleichnisse, etc, page 17 starts with "dere Lächerlichkeit", Friedrick Menck was the editor of the Hamburger Beobachter and contributor to a number of contemporary journals
