Card Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch, and Solo.
Please make sure that you include the start date and issue number if they appear on your card. We do not accept American Express. Our site now offers secure checkout.

Cheque
We accept personal or business cheques in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. We also accept Postal Orders, International Money Orders and Bank Drafts in GB Pounds.

Cash
A few of our customers prefer to send cash in the mail. We don't recommend it, but if you want to send Euros, US Dollars or GB pounds, wrap notes well in paper or foil, no coins, and use registered mail.

Invoice
Libraries, Institutions and our regular customers have the option of paying the invoice amount upon receipt of the book.


Returns
If you feel that a book has not been described accurately, you may return it within seven days of receipt, and a full refund including your return shipping cost will be given. If you just don't like the book or ordered it in error, you may return it within the same period for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. In both cases return is subject to prior notification stating the reason. The refund is subject to the book reaching us in the same condition as it was sent.
