Description: This is a bound collection of offprints containing 16 papers in different formats. Authors include Caradanatis, Mannaberg, F W W Stephens (5x), Whipple, Deeks, Woldert (3x) Yorke (2x) Ziemann, etc, George Nuttall bookplate and Molteno Institute bookplate to endpaper. Handwritten table of contents has heading "Papers on (Malaria) Blackwater, 1901 - 1915, Authors C-Z", the collection contains many tables and folding charts. One Woldert essay is entitled: "The Opinion of Doctor Robert Koch as to the Cause of Black Water Fever" with Woldert inscription to title. The most substantial paper is the "Isthmian Canal Commission report on Hemoglobunic Fever, A Study of its Etiology and Treatment" (1911) which runs over 170 pages and is included
