Description: Text typed on roll of Izal Medicated Toilet Paper, three sheets with approx 20 lines of text each, in the form of a letter to the editor of a "Local Government Review", written in the persona of C B Parkes, senior lavatory attendant, Cemetery Junction Town Council, who muses about toiletry. There is a framentary wax seal which left traces on the paper, a green band which holds the roll together, and the entire item is house in a Russian Mamushka cardboard box
